ESPN’s Chad Ford will have four mock drafts today, versions 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. Yes, he’s a little crazy. Regardless, version 7.0 is out and Ford has the Warriors selecting Ekpe Udoh. Here’s my mock draft for the top 14 picks in Thursday’s draft. This mock is running on C1 of The Press Democrat sports section Thursday. The Warriors hold the No. 6 overall pick in the first round of today’s NBA draft (4:30 p.m., ESPN). Warriors trade Maggette to Bucks

ESPN’s Chad Ford is reporting the Warriors have traded small forward Corey Maggette and the 44th pick in Thursday’s draft to the Milwaukee Bucks for two players. The Warriors will receive center Dan Gadzuric and guard Charlie Bell. Bell averaged 6.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 22.7 minutes per game last season for Milwaukee. Gadzuric played only 32 games for the Bucks during the 2009-10 season and averaged 2.8 points and 2.9 rebounds in 9.8 minutes per game. The value in… Read More »
