The Clippers: LeBron’s darkhorse suitor

I swear I’ll get back to writing about the Warriors soon, but we were talking about this in the office tonight and I wanted to put it out there for all of you to chew on. First, it’s crazy. Right? LeBron leaving Cleveland (ouch) to play for the most dysfunctional franchise in the history of sport, the Clippers. The Warriors are a mess, but they have nothing on the Lakers’ annoying little stepbrother. That being said, when you look at… Read More »

Warriors recap and box score

Wow. Do you really want to rehash the Warriors’ demoralizing effort against Baron Davis and the Clippers. Not ready to drag yourself through the muck just yet? Yeah, me neither. I’ll have some post-game analysis up later today (Saturday). We’ll look at what went wrong and what the Warriors can do to fix it. Can they fix it? That’s a good question. We’ll look at that later. Biedrins questionable against Clippers

Marcus Thompson II of the San Jose Mercury News is reporting that starting center Andris Biedrins is questionable for Friday night’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Biedrins is experiencing pain in his back and his availability for Friday’s game will be determined after Friday morning’s shootaround. Don Nelson will probably start Mikki Moore at center. It stands to reason that Anthony Randolph will get more minutes than the 7 he played against the Grizzlies. We’ll see. Read Thompson’s complete story… Read More »

Warriors morning links

I’m not the only writer who thinks the Warriors are better than 25-30 wins this season. Steven Resnick at bleacherreport.com lambasts Yahoo! Sports’ Kelly Dwyer in this Warriors season preview article, because Dwyer predicted a 25-win season for Golden State in his season preview. Here’s a nice excerpt from Resnick’s article: As I began to read I realized that Dwyer is clueless. Although, he did have some good points in terms of Chris Cohan being the worst owner in the… Read More »
