Wow. Andris Biedrins gave a lengthy interview in which he speaks candidly about last season and his career thus far in the NBA. Suffice it to say, it’s not very flattering to the Warriors organization, Don Nelson or his teammates. The great team at warriorsworld.net translated the interview and provided the highlights.

Read it here.

Here’s one juicy excerpt:

I can tell you right now, about our team, most of my teammates are egoists. But what can you do?  It’s important to have good veterans as the rookies and young guys will take after them.  Right now, I would say i don’t have a good relationship rather a neutral or friendly one with everyone on the team.  I don’t have any problems with any player and I don’t think anyone has a problem with me. Of course, we aren’t real big buddies, but our relationship is on a professional level and we can work successfully.

Biedrins also talks about the way the Warriors and their training staff handled his rehabilitation last season, how much longer he plans to play in the NBA, why he felt “very disrespected” by Nelson last season and his feelings about being traded to another team.

After reading Biedrins’ comments, do you agree with him? Are you upset with him? Post your thoughts in the comments field.
