Warriors guard Monta Ellis, who missed Saturday’s game because of back pain, had an MRI on Monday night. The results revealed a lower back strain, and according to the Warriors, Ellis is unlikely to play on the Warriors’ five-game road trip which begins tonight in Miami.

The Warriors’ next home game is Thursday, March 11 against the Portland Trail Blazers.
