The rookies defeated the sophomores, 140-128, in the Rookie Challenge on Friday night.

Warriors rookie point guard Stephen Curry had 14 points and two assists in 22 minutes. He shot 6-for-11 from the field, including 2 of 7 on 3-pointers.

The rookie team, which had six players in double figures, was led by Spurs forward/center DeJuan Blair, who had 22 points and 23 rebounds.

The sophomore squad was led by Thunder guard Russell Westbrook’s 40 points.

Warriors guard Anthony Morrow played well, scoring 15 points in 26 minutes. Morrow shot 7-for-12 from the field, 1 of 4 on 3-pointers.
