Thought I’d pass along this press release from the Warriors about Anthony Randolph’s most recent MRI:

Randolph underwent an MRI earlier today which revealed a tear of two outside ligaments and a mild sprain of one other ligament in his left ankle. The MRI also revealed an avulsion fracture, where muscle pulled off a piece of bone (bone that had prior damage from a prior sprain). He will be placed in a boot for three (3) weeks and will be re-evaluated when the boot is removed. Rehabilitation will be prescribed at that time.

UPDATE: The Contra Costa Times’ Marcus Thompson II reports that Randolph will miss at least two months with the injury.
